A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Mary-Ann previously worked in the Hotel industry for 18 years. This certainly gave her a greater understanding and appreciation of how important customer service really is! While working in the hotel industry, she relocated five times to different parts of the country. Mary-Ann has personal knowledge of relocation, and how to make it a positive experience.
